Two new mandatory fields in the CG-5132.
Gallons of Fuel (used) and Underway/flight hours will be mandatory as of
01-FEB-05 for all Auxiliary Facilities.
5132s submitted without Gallons of Fuel and Underway hours will be Error
Returned starting on 01-FEB-05. You can note old 5132's with the
required Gallons of Fuel (used) and Underway hours.
The new fields are located to the right of the Fuel Amount in Section
II.3 of the CG-5132.
5132s printed or generated PDF files as of 16-JAN-05 will have the new
fields.

Citrix Client Version 8.1
We are having a few members attempting to download and install the
current Citrix Client without going to the POMS web site and downloading
the POMS Installation Guide.

The following information is for our users that haven't downloaded the
latest version or our users that downloaded the wrong files and cannot
get the Citrix Client to work.
If the Citrix Client file ends with .msi or .cab, it is defiantly the
wrong file. You have to download the ICA32T.EXE or ICA32.EXE based on
the instructions in the POMS Installation Guide!
The correct file to download is difficult to find at the Citrix web
site.
You have to download the POMS Installation Guide and follow the
instructions without deviating from them.
We have updated the Install Guide today (27-NOV-04) with the exact
graphics from the Citrix web site. Again, they may change, you have to
read the POMS instructions and understand them before proceeding.
The "No Write Access" portion of the Install Guide has
changed; new instructions on how to correct the problem are included.
Note: The POMS Install guide is for the Windows Operating Systems.

Facility Photos, point
of clarification.
OnLine CG-5132/7030 Users:
1. Place the digital photo of your Facility in the "C:\POMS\PHOTOS"
folder.
2. Click on "My Facility" then "Update Photo" then
"Upload Valid Photos".
Note: OnLine Users can only upload their own facility photos.
The only digital photo requirement is that the photo be a .jpg or .bmp
and the file name must be your Facilities Document Number or State
Registration Number.
